A suite of diverse options provides advisors with tailored solutions for a wide range of investor income goals

NEW YORK, May 17, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — BNY Mellon Investment Management, one of the world’s largest asset managers with $2.3 trillion in assets under management1today announced the launch of a suite of differentiated model portfolios designed specifically for UBS Wealth Management clients UNITED STATES (“UBS”). UBS US wealth management clients will have access to the suite of six model portfolios from BNY Mellon Investment Management’s Innovative Income Solutions suite on UBS’s ACCESS platform.

Designed to adapt to market fluctuations and help deliver more consistent results over time, BNY Mellon’s suite of innovative income portfolios can provide a foundation to help achieve clients’ key income generation goals, with disciplined risk mitigation. With an open architecture, portfolios have the ability to identify and choose the most relevant products to help achieve each model’s investment objective. To help further optimize the portfolios, each portfolio invests in active and passive investments.

The suite of portfolios leverages three distinct model approaches for income-seeking clients and is also available in taxed versions:

  • Stable income, which allows clients to focus on income with the aim of mitigating downside risk, with a short investment horizon;

  • Strategic Income, which focuses on achieving a higher level of sustainable return and aims to optimize return per unit of risk over a longer investment horizon; and

  • Growth and Income, which is designed for multi-generational investing and focuses on providing short-term income while seeking capital growth.

“With BNY Mellon’s Innovative Income Portfolios, we’re excited to bring this suite of innovatively designed model portfolios for income-seeking investors to the UBS platform,” said Andy Provencher, Head of North American Distribution, BNY Mellon Investment Management. “This is a natural evolution for the company as we seek to leverage our extensive experience in the institutional and midstream world to continue to create results-driven solutions for advisors and their clients.”
