Griffin Horter of Horter Investment Management named corporate strategist


Griffin Horterson of the founder of Horter Investment Management Drew Horterbrings next-generation insights, executive decision-making and a leadership skill set to help plan the future growth of the Horter company in the new position.

CINCINNATI, September 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Drew HorterChairman and CEO of Horter Investment Management (HIM), officially announced that his son, Griffin Hortertransitioned into a full-time position as a corporate strategist after working with the company throughout his schooling for over six years.

Griffin earned a degree in management and leadership from the prestigious University of Miami Farmer School of Business, recognized annually as one of the top public business schools in the nation. This specialized degree focuses on the characteristics and skills needed to lead in organizational contexts, a suitable background and a set of skills applicable to one’s new position.

In the role of business strategist, Griffin is tasked with a multitude of leadership tasks, including identifying business goals, exploring strategies to grow the business, and working with HIM advisors at across the country, to name a few.

Griffin will work with Hayden Horterhis brother, who is responsible for improving the company’s investment strategy and who has been with the company for over a year in this role.
