With nearly 32 years of experience at Goldman Sachs, including 10 years as a partner, Docharty brings deep expertise in financial services, strategic planning, sales and marketing, and client engagement – which are all essential to HYPR’s long-term growth strategy. . Ms. Docharty joins as the second independent director alongside Nicholas Donofrio.

Ms. Docharty has held several senior positions at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Head of Execution Services for the Americas and Global Co-Head of Synthetics Distribution. His roles spanned all products and geographies, creating opportunities for customer engagement around the world. Ms. Docharty was a member of the Global Markets Operating Committee, in addition to founding and chairing the governance group responsible for overseeing the launch of outsourced data in the Global Markets business. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Docharty has built and led high performing teams and helped drive product innovation to solve customer challenges.
