Trammell Crow Company and its JV partner CBRE Investment Management opened the Arsenal Trade Center, a three-building, one million square foot industrial development in Sayreville, NJ. The 74-acre site was acquired by the joint venture in June 2022 and sits in the heart of the central New Jersey industrial market. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
The three Arsenal Trade Center buildings, all rear-loading Class A facilities, will cover 284,341 square feet, 341,833 square feet and 451,602 square feet respectively. Each building offers car and trailer parking, 40-foot overhead clearance, site-wide circulation, and multiple entry and exit points. The project’s proximity to major transportation arteries, such as the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, allows access through the NY/NJ subway.
KSS Architects is designing the Arsenal Trade Center and RC Andersen is acting as general contractor. The CBRE team of Thomas F. Monahan, Larry Schiffenhaus, Stephen D’Amato and Ben Shapiro are marketing and leasing the property.
TCC has also donated $100,000 to nearby Middlesex College, which will be designated as scholarships for students majoring in architecture and engineering, construction, supply chain or logistics. The donation will also be used as a labor grant for students seeking certification training in construction, supply chain or logistics.
