Eric Sanschagrin and Daniel Fiegenschuh have joined William Blair as Managing Director and Technology Group Director, respectively, while Manuel Sammut has been appointed Managing Director covering Technology Services and Alex Murrill has been appointed Managing Director covering Specialized Distribution, Services commercial and industrial. . Sanschagrin most recently served as a partner and technology sector leader for EY’s EMEIA strategy and transactions unit and held senior positions in technology investment banking at Piper Jaffray and Citigroup.
Fiegenschuh has experience working in the technology sector, having most recently served as an associate partner in EY’s EMEIA strategy and transactions unit.
Sammut joins William Blair with 17 years of experience advising companies, owners/entrepreneurs and private equity funds. He spent 11 years at DC Advisory, where he advised clients on several transactions. Most recently, Sammut was a partner at KPMG, where he led and developed the business services and technology mergers and acquisitions practice.
Murrill has over 16 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, representing private equity-backed, public and private companies in the specialty distribution, industrial technology and technology sectors. building technology. He was previously a director of the global industrial investment banking group at Baird.
Dulabdas is an accomplished debt adviser, having over 11 years of experience advising corporate and private equity firms on a range of transactions, such as acquisition financing, restructurings and corporate refinancing. debt.
